	從二零零五年十一月一日起，所有在英格蘭及威爾斯從事熟食的店鋪在晚上十一時後營業，必須持有當地地方政府發出的營業牌照。新的牌照條例指定，從事熟食的店鋪於晚上十一時至零晨五時營業，必須持有效的營業牌照。若果你現時不作出申請牌照，到二零零五年十一月一日之後你就必須在晚上十一時停止營業。大多數的店户經已收到當地政府發出的新牌照條例資料及牌照申請書，若你還沒有收到牌照申請書，請盡早向當地地方政府部門查詢。 From November 2005 all businesses in England and Wales that sell hot food and drink after 11pm at night must have a premises licence which they get from their local Council. The new Act means that late night take-aways and cafes will now need a licence to serve hot food or drink to the public on or from the premises between 11pm and 5am. If you do not apply for a premises licence now, then after November 2005 you will have to stop trading at 11pm. The majority of the Local Councils in England and Wales have already sent out the new Licensing Act information with application pack to all the local businesses. If you still have not receive the application pack, you need to contact your local Council as soon as possible to avoid any delay in the Council granting you this licence.
